October is right around the corner.  Are you ready for FEC 2011? 

The Fall Extension Conference Committee is gearing up for an outstanding 2011 event, and we hope you are too! 

The 2011 conference will take place October 11 and 12 at Michigan State University’s Kellogg Center, followed by virtual conference days October 18 and 20.  Join us to gain the knowledge and skills needed to "Go Right Through!"

Things to do before FEC 2011:

  • Register.
  • Book your hotel room, if needed
  • Get a signed travel authorization, if needed
  • Create a twitter account and search for tweets using #FEC11.
  • Become a fan of Fall Extension Conference on Facebook.
  • Please ensure you have a high-speed connection (preferably hard wired),headset or speakers, and a microphone.
  • Please go through the online training for Adobe Connect: https://support.anr.msu.edu/support/adobe_connect
  • Please participate in the setup sessions. For more information, go to http://fec.msue.msu.edu/fec/help_desk
  • Please familiarize yourself with Skype and create a profile: www.skype.com .
  • Have an office party – discuss with others in your office what sessions they are participating in, and consider setting up in the same room to extend your learning experience.
